Greg’s personal experiences
with the challenges and anxiety of being unemployed give him a unique
perspective on the field of career counseling. His frustration with
the ineffective, traditional system of finding employment stirred
his passion for helping people succeed in effectively and efficiently
managing their career transitions. Greg’s
principles of
Leadership (being a positive influence) Generosity (giving freely
to others) and Enrichment (adding value) led him to create TheHireRoad
to provide others with a radically new approach to career transition.

Executive Career Transition Center  Requesting
support can be one of the most difficult aspects of being in career
transition for an executive or high level professional. At the Executive
Career Transition Center of Orange County, members support, encourage
and challenge each other through all aspects of their job searches.
